ASTM A252 钢管桩

The steel pipe pile has the advantages of novel design and simple structure.lt is convenient to use and overlap during construction. When used in cofferdams, steel pipe piles can play the role of surrounding water, soil and sand. In addition, according to their different application, steel pipes can also be divided into pipes for pipe piling, pipes for machinery industry, pipes for petroleum geological drilling, etc.. Steel pipe piles are widely used in offshore engineering or marine engineering to create a solid foundation.

无缝和焊接A252钢打桩管检测要求
(1)Hydrostatic Testing: Not specified.
(2) 机械测试：拉伸测试：纵向或横向由制造商选择。
(3)Number of Tests: One tensile test per 200 lengths.

A252 钢打桩管的允许偏差
(1)壁厚：不大于规定公称壁厚的12.5%。
(2) 每英尺重量：每根管桩应单独称重，其重量不应超过其理论重量的 15%或低于其理论重量的 5%，按其长度和单位长度的重量计算。
(3) 外径：与规定直径的偏差不得超过正负 1%。

A252钢打桩管长度
管桩应按采购订单规定的单根随机长度、双根随机长度或统一长度提供，并符合以下限制：
(1)单根随机长度：16ft 至 25ft（含 4.88 至 7.62 m）
(2)双随机长度：超过 25ft (7.62m)，最小平均长度为 35ft (10.67m)
(3) 统一长度：规定长度，允许偏差正负 1 英寸
结束：
Pipe piles shall be furnished with plain ends. Unless otherwise specified, pipe piles shall have either flame–cut or machine–cut ends, with the burrs at the ends removed. Where ends are specified to be beveled, they shall be beveled to an angle of 30° (+5°, −0°), measured from a line drawn perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pile.
