In order to meet the demand for small-diameter welded pipes, Huayang has strategically added two high-frequency production lines at the beginning of the year: the 89 line and the 127 line, with a production range of 73MM-127MM. These production lines are now in operation, as the 89 line successfully underwent trial operation on July 11, with stable welding quality and smooth weld seams. Huayang can now cover the entire range of ERW steel pipe diameter from 73MM-660MM and LSAW steel pipe diameter from 406MM-1422MM. Furthermore, the second 273 production line will be put into production in October, with a wall thickness of up to 16MM. The existing 377 and 351 units will also be upgraded to produce welded pipes with outer diameters of 355MM and 340MM, respectively. For nearly 20 years, Huayang has been committed to its mission of "excellence in industry", from a company with just one 325unit production line in 2005 to now owning a total of 16 production lines with a yearly production capacity of 2 million tons, including 13 high-frequency welded pipe production lines and 3 submerged arc welded pipe production lines. We will continue to be deeply rooted in the field of welded pipes and strive to become a leading brand manufacturer of longitudinal steel pipes in northern China.
